​The Del Dotto Piano School is a family owned business, run by husband and wife Josh and Sarah Del Dotto. Both Sarah and Josh graduated from world renowned music schools with advanced degrees in piano.  

​ Our home studio is located in Salem, Massachusetts, near Vinnin Square, conveniently located for anyone living in Salem, Marblehead, Swampscott, Peabody, and Lynn, Massachusetts.

For families interested in learning from the comfort of their own home, we travel to homes located in Salem, Marblehead, Swampscott, Lynn, and Peabody, Massachusetts. We welcome piano students of all ages, including adults, from beginners to advanced pianists, and college level students.   

We also offer lessons via Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, or any other mutually agreed upon, online learning platform.
​Wherever you are in the world, we are available to teach you.  All you need is a piano or keyboard, a computer/tablet, and an internet connection to get started.  ​​

​Lessons are tailored to each individual student.  Many different genres of music are encouraged.  ​

As a school, we wholeheartedly believe in a complete, well-rounded musical education.  We stress technique, music theory, exposure to various genres of music, music appreciation and listening, improvisation, composition, using your imagination/story telling through music, sight reading, playing with others (duets/ensembles) and performance.   Students are able to participate in over 20 recitals for per year, through our school and our various partnerships.  These recitals include solo, ensemble/duet, outreach, competitions, themed, etc.  We also prepare many students for college level auditions and international music exams such as the "Associated Board of the Royal School of Music" as well as the "Royal Conservatory of Music." ​
